Are you feeling de-motivated and a little down? Well, don’t let the March Blues stop you from achieving your desires.

You’ve survived the worst of winter with the snow and cold weather causing barriers to getting out and being active. A sense of sadness can also be caused by shorter days and longer nights making it difficult for even the most positive of people to stay motivated.

Then there are those resolutions you made that you’re not really sticking too, that seemed so important a few months ago. Whatever the reason you’re feeling down getting the March blues won’t help. A good way to pick up your mood is to start introducing some exercise into your life. Exercise is a natural mood booster so remember to do it regularly and you will feel more positive.

 Exercise isn’t the only way to defeat the March blues. Getting a good nights sleep can also help enhance your mood. You might think ‘Oh I’ve heard this all before’ but many of us still don’t get enough sleep. Making sure you get at least 7-8 hours w

Arranging to meet your friends and relatives can be a great way to boost your mood when you are down so make sure you are in their company as much as possible.hich will help you feel more refreshed and full of life.

Also you shouldn’t let a busy lifestyle get in the way of pampering yourself at least once a week. It’s the little things like having a bubble bath or reading a book for 45 minutes that can help you unwind and de stress. Remember, we all deserve to be good to ourselves!

Whatever the reason for feeling down, remember that there is always something you can do to feel more positive! Don’t let those March blues beat you!
