Getting started on your Activity Plan

Sorting out an exercise and fitness plan will make sure your weight loss program is effective.

Once you understand that to lose excess fat you must burn more calories than you take in you may want some help to make it as easy as possible for you to get going.

However, initally you just need to take the few first steps.

So what should they be?

1st you have to decide you want your life to change

2nd you need to be prepared to get to like the new you

3rd you need to acknowledge that everyone around you will have to get use to these changes.

If you can accept all this and you can imagine the life you want then the next step is to start burning off some of that excess fat!
