1 lettuce leaf

A slice of chicken or meat/fish

A slice of tomato

A spoonful of crème fresh

A sprinkling of organic or homemade hummus

Additional ingredients could be cucumber, pepper, salmon.


1. Take a large lettuce leaf

2. Place a slice of meat or fish

3. Add tomato, cream and a sprinkling of paprika to your taste

4. Wrap with another piece of lettuce
